Miles Tackett’s funk supergroup out of Los Angeles started out as a live ensemble playing funk, soul and jazz breaks. Recordings for Stones Throw confirmed their status as a funk powerhouse including single ‘Getcho Soul Togetha’. They recorded the superb ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ album for Strut in 2009 featuring Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na and soul vocalist Afrodyete.
